The terms governing your use of the Lion & Sun Tech Association platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lion & Sun Tech Association platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all members, contributors, and visitors.

The Four Pillars

All members must accept and uphold the Four Pillars of the Association: Territorial Integrity, Secular Democracy, Legal Equality, and the Right to Self-Determination. Membership is contingent on formal acceptance of these principles through the Pledge process. Advocacy against these pillars is grounds for membership revocation.

Membership Obligations

Members agree to: act with integrity and transparency in all association activities; respect the chosen security level of other members; not attempt to unmask, dox, or expose confidential or discrete members; contribute constructively to the association's technical mission; and refrain from using association resources for personal financial gain.

Security Levels & Privacy

Members choose from three security levels: Public Advocate, Discrete Contributor, or Confidential Member. Your selection is binding and honored at all times. Intentionally violating another member's chosen security level is a serious breach that will result in immediate expulsion.

Intellectual Property

All tools, code, and resources developed under the association's technical mandate are released under open-source licenses for the benefit of all Iranians. Members retain copyright to their individual contributions but grant the association a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and distribute those contributions.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited: using the platform to promote or support the Islamic Republic or any authoritarian regime; engaging in harassment, discrimination, or threats against members; attempting to compromise the security infrastructure; sharing other members' private information without consent; and using the platform for illegal activities in the hosting jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

The association provides its platform and services 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform or recommended tools. Members acknowledge that circumventing government censorship carries inherent risks, and the association cannot guarantee absolute security or anonymity.

Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. Members will be notified of material changes via the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The association's Board of Directors reserves the right to modify these terms in accordance with the Foundation Articles.
